Chrome disabled WebGL and gives error on macOS with 360 degree video

If you receive a WebGL error using Chrome on the mac with a 360 degree video it could be the case your settings are changed for chrome on the mac and your hardware acceleration is unavailable.

Please check your chrome advanced settings if you have hardware acceleration enabled

If yes please check chrome gpu settings with chrome://gpu

If you see WebGL: Unavailable it could be your graphics card is on the gpu-blacklist of chrome

Please enter the following command  chrome://flags in the webbrowser

Enable override software rendering list

Check again chrome://gpu settings

Now WebGL is hardware accelerated, relaunch your webbrowser

Your 360 degree video should play now
