Encoder crashes as soon as I start it up

  1. Please check if you have at least .Net 3.5 framework with Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed. Please run windows update and make sure you have installed SP1 on your machine.
  2. In case devices are missing (USB not attached or PCI cards removed) you configuration can give conflicts in rare occasions.
    The following procedure will reset all configurations including the Video Server connections:
    - Close presentations 2Go encoder
    - Open a windows explorer window and type: "%appdata%/presentations 2go"
    - now delete config.xml
    - Restart presentations 2Go Encoder and add reconfigure Presentations 2Go Encoder
